[2015] Pikasia Design

Still going. So, quick question to everyone: How did Lackey do? Yes, this was drawn, by him. I did fix a few places for inking, but the majority of this belongs to him. He took a few references from my previous drawings of her, and the Smash Peach design. I honestly love it, and I'm proud of him.

On a side note, there's a powered up form, that needs to go with this. I'll fix it later.
